Ann Marrott

With a doctorate in Executive Leadership, Ann Marrott’s areas of interest and expertise focus on change leadership and management. She brings more than 30 years in higher education leadership driving results by creating and leading teams. Collaborating with employees in three different collective bargaining units, SUNY Ulster maintained or grew student enrollment for a decade in the face of state-wide enrollment decreases under her leadership.

Ann’s responsibilities included leading the communications and marketing departments. She is skilled at internal and external messaging to donors in high value situations, elected officials, community based organizations, and business leaders.
