My objective is to make a positive impact in the world by facilitating continuous improvement in values-based organizations. My contribution to this work is collaborating with others in order to strengthen decision-making at all levels of organizations.

I strive to work in or consult for organizations that are passionately mission-driven. I also strive to collaborate with individuals that aspire for excellence in all that they do. I believe that decisions are strongest when based on sound analysis and evidence. I investigate how every functional area and person supports the mission of the organization.
