Don is Founder and Principal with Downie Street Collective LLC. Don specializes in working with leaders at an inflection point: supporting them through tough challenges, developing strategy, building organizational capacity, and forging new paths to nurture long-term resiliency. 

As an executive coach and advisor, Don has developed customized tools that enable leaders to realize their vision for social change. His approach has successfully helped many professionals foster lifelong growth and resilience while achieving their visions for personal and professional achievement. Don’s work advances progressive social change initiatives, guiding leaders, their teams and organizations to build better futures for the populations they serve. Recent organizational clients include UNICEF, USAID, and the American Institute for Research.

Don holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and a Master’s of Public Administration in Public Policy from City University of New York’s Baruch College. Don holds coaching certification from the Coach Training Alliance and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
