Gary Schuster

Gary Schuster has been an attorney with J&G Law, LLP, in Walden, New York, since 2004 and a Partner since 2016. His broad practice includes business and nonprofit formation, merger, and dissolution, purchase and sale of businesses, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and administration, copyright and trademark registration and transactions, and guardianships. Gary represents dozens of nonprofits of all kinds throughout New York State and has served on several boards. He was a founding Board member, President, and General Counsel of the Orange County Arts Council, and is currently Second Vice Chair of NYCON, the New York Council of Nonprofits. He has represented clients in art, music, film, dance, theater, photography, fashion modeling, media, museums, and arts centers. He was also an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Orange, teaching Music Business.
