Janet B. Rossbach founded Affinity Blueprint following 25+ years leading Alumni Relations offices for some of New York’s top colleges and universities: Columbia Business School, CUNY/Baruch College, The Cooper Union and the School of Visual Arts. Janet is also a seasoned nonprofit consultant, having advised numerous nonprofit organizations independently and on behalf of the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Finally, she is a NACE-certified career coach specializing in job search strategies and has mentored rising nonprofit professionals within the New York Community Trust Leadership Fellows program.
