Stephanie Erwin

In my practice, I help nonprofit organizations grow stronger and more effective. With over ten years of experience, I work with leaders to find creative and practical solutions for their biggest and/or most pressing challenges. This includes looking at how an organization makes money, how it's structured and run, and how its leadership team and board can work together to make positive change.

My projects often involve helping groups 1) plan for the future,  2) assess how they operate day-to-day to meet current needs,  3) find and support new leaders,  and 4) train their current and emerging leadership. 

I've worked with a variety of organizations across different areas including: the environment, the arts, affordable housing, finance, small business, entrepreneurship, and policy + advocacy. I also work as an affiliate consultant with the Support Center for Nonprofit Management in New York City.
