For more than 11 years, Sue has led iSER Consulting, partnering with nonprofits of every size and sector including human services, housing, healthcare, arts and culture, community development, education, and municipal initiatives. She specializes in strategic planning, feasibility studies, organizational development, and guiding nonprofits toward sustainable, diversified revenue, helping clients secure hundreds of millions in federal, state, and local resources over her career.

Direct. Collaborative. No jargon. No fluff. Sue helps nonprofits cut through noise, strengthen capacity, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
