Susan Weinrich

I have more than 25 years of nonprofit capacity-building experience and supporting organizations and their leaders to make informed decisions, advance their mission, engage board and staff members, and operate as effectively as they can.  My work focuses on strategic and organizational planning, board development, supervisory training, and succession planning.  I help organizations define and clearly communicate roles and responsibilities and develop the structures and processes to accomplish organizational goals.  I also provide coaching to board and staff members to help them grow into their individual roles and facilitate retreats to enhance communication and strengthen the overall team.


I have a solid understanding of the nonprofit sector in New York State - including regulatory compliance, grant and contract management, human resources, fundraising, and board governance.   My extensive experience allows me to share best practices as well as innovative solutions from the organizations with which I have worked.
